Our Process
The inspection is scheduled to accommodate your needs as a home buyer or seller. The inspection will take approximately two hours and will be conducted in accordance with Ohio Standards (Ohio State License #OHI.2019006186), ASHI, NACHI and/or our company Standards of Practice. During the inspection, digital photographs will be taken to provide a visual reference to items discussed in the finished report. The completed report will be available to you and your agent within 24 hours of the inspection.
